【东西视记】英国：“日不落”帝国歌1 Rule britannia

每年九月第二个星期六，在英国国家电视台 BBC 都会转播 The Last Night of The Proms “最后逍遥晚会”

The Proms 逍遥音乐会（又称：BBC Proms，全称：The Henry Wood Promenade Concerts presented by the BBC）是每年一度在英国伦敦举行的古典音乐节，是世界著名的音乐节之一。每年夏天历时八星期，每天均有节目，多在皇家阿尔伯特音乐厅演出，近几年也有在公园的演出

“逍遥”，故其意乃参加音乐节的观众是站着观看演出，且可以随意走动，尤似散步

音乐会于1895年首次在女王大厅举行。创始人 罗伯特·纽曼 认为便宜的站票以及非正式的气氛（可以吃、喝，甚至吸烟）能够吸引更多并不经常参加古典音乐会的人，有利于其“大众化”，用今天的词

“最后逍遥晚会”每年都由 英国BBC 国家广播公司直播，近20年，同时有不同著名公共广场或公园连同直播。后半场都是英国历史著名歌曲，“日不落帝国”吗，有很多歌曲颂扬它，所谓“爱国曲”（天朝叫“唱红歌”）
